What Does Acai Extreme Do?

Acai Berry

Açaí is one of nature’s richest sources of anthocyanins—a type of bioflavonoid. Anthocyanins make up the purple, red, and blue-black pigments found within certain berries, fruits, plants, and flowers. The fruit of açaí also contains protein, fiber, enzymes, vitamin E, amino acids, minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, zinc, and boron), phytosterols, and beneficial fatty acids.

Acai Berry may help to maintain normal metabolism and energy levels.

Green Tea Extract

All teas (green, black, and oolong) are derived from the same plant, CAMELLIA SINENSIS. The difference is in how the plucked leaves are prepared. Green tea, unlike black and oolong tea, is not fermented, so the active constituents remain unaltered in the herb.

Green tea contains a small amount of caffeine, and may help to maintain normal appetite control, fat digestion and metabolism.

Guarana Extract

Guarana is a small bean that grows predominantly in South America, especially in the Amazon jungle. The Guaraná plant contains guaranine, a substance that chemically resembles caffeine and so acts as a stimulant. Guarana contains a compound called Methylxanthine that may help to maintain healthy energy levels.

Chromium

Chromium is an essential trace mineral that helps the body maintain normal blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Chromium is a component of the so-called Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF) complex, which together with the hormone insulin, regulates carbohydrate metabolism and glucose balance within the body.

Chromium plays an important role in the natural weight regulating mechanism of the body and also helps maintain healthy immune function.

Acetyl L-Carnitine

Acetyl L-Carnitine is involved in the metabolism of food into energy. It helps to push long-chain fatty acids, such as triglycerides into the mitochondria (a cells energy powerhouse), where they can be burnt to produce energy.

Acetyl L-Carnitine is required for the healthy function of heart and skeletal muscle, since these tissues depend in particular on fatty acid oxidation as a source of energy. Carnitine may enhance tolerance to physical exercise.

equivalent to 800mg whole berry
Guarana Seed Extract 4:1 (20% caffeine) 400mg
equivalent to 1600mg whole seed
Capsule Shell: Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose
Green Tea Leaf Extract 30:1 (50% Total Polyphenols) 80mg
equivalent to 2400mg whole leaf
Acetyl L-Carnitine 80mg
Chromium Picolinate 85mcg
providing elemental chromium 10mcg

Ingredient list:

Acai Fruit Dry Extract 4:1, Guarana Seed Dry Extract (22% caffeine), Green Tea Leaf Dry Extract (50% Total Polyphenols), Acetyl L-Carnitine, Chromium Picolinate, Anti-Caking Agent: Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Stearate.

2-4 capsules taken daily with water and food. Best taken before 3pm.

I love Acai Berry. It's a superb anti-oxidant that makes you feel really energetic. But it wasn't until I starting taking Acai Extreme that I found a really easy way to lose weight quickly.

I first discovered Acai Extreme when one of my friend's recommended it. The combination of green tea and guarana and other goodies make this one fat burner that really works.

I seen this product advertised in Womans Fitness magazine. So thought I would give it a try, I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and I get a great energy boost from them which helps me at the gym. I'm also losing more weight every week than usual. Not sure if its the Acai or from the energy boost that makes me work harder. If you go to the gym like me and sometimes feel drained I would definitely advise you to try these. Does any one know of any supplements good for thicker hair ? (Posted on 05/06/2011)

Tried similar capsules in the past, may have worked a little but no noticeable effects or results and regime quickly evaporated. I suspect most of the initial enthusiasm was wishful thinking, all in the mind and not the actual supplement effect – but it didn’t work for me. Now desperate, 5’ 10” tall, 22 stone and over 60 years old. Decided to try again as I thought with hindsight that I should have persevered and maybe achieved something with a little more effort. This time I purchased Acai Extreme and Inner Cleanse Detox capsules. I doubled my previous dose with immediate results. It’s a gastric band – I take 4 capsules Acai Extreme in the morning with a glass of water and glug bottled water occasionally through the day at work. 2 Inner Cleanse at night with water, not sure what that’s actually achieving but I’m following the instructions on the box. I really don’t feel like eating for most of the day and when I do I’ve had enough around a quarter of my usual consumption. It’s easy to avoid the stuff I love to eat which of course you won’t find on any diet sheet, I just don’t have room for it. This stuff obviously expands in my stomach. I’ve only lost ½ stone but I’ve shed that in a really short time and without the self control, willpower and discipline which I’m absolutely hopeless at. I’m going to stick with this, it works for me. I bought 240 Acai Extreme capsules and 120 Inner Cleanse Detox capsules for £56.34, enough for 2 months and got to be worth a try.

Iv been taking acai extreme for a few months now, iv managed to lose 1 stone along with a diet and going to the gym, before i started taking the acai extreme i did the same as i do now and lost half the weight i have lost since taking the acai. Its made me lose double the weight. I did try pure acai berry from another company before this and it didn't seem to effect my weight loss. Iv been buying this product for a few months now, I find it gives you a great energy boost and seems to speed up your metabolism. I have been eating as usual and not doing any extra exercise and lost nearly 1 stone over the last 2 months. I stopped taking it in December and put on a couple of pounds. So iv re ordered 3 pots today! I would recommend this product to any one who doesn't have time to get to the gym or diet etc. Its all natural ingredients and iv had no side effects unlike some of the other diet pills i have used.
