    • Natures Aid Advanced Acidophilus Complex provides three types of what are often known as "friendly bacteria". These produce compounds such as lactic acid which help to maintain a healthy digestive system by increasing the acidity and inhibiting the reproduction of many harmful bacteria. Typically contains 4 billion live organisms at the time of manufacture guaranteeing a minimum of 2 billion viable units throughout the product lifespan.
