What are Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM & Vitamin C?

Glucosamine is an important building block needed by the body to manufacture specialised molecules called glycosaminoglycans, found in cartilage.
Glucosamine is not present in significant amounts in most diets. Supplemental sources are derived from the shells of shrimp, lobster, and crab.
Chondroitin is a major component of the lining of joints.
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a naturally occurring, organic, sulfur-containing compound.MSM is found in small amounts throughout nature and food.
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that has a number of biological functions. Broccoli, red peppers, currants, Brussels sprouts, parsley, potatoes, citrus fuit, and strawberries are good sources of vitamin C.

Ingredients:
Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCL, Chondroitin Sulphate (from chicken), Croscarmellose Sodium, Calcium Ascorbate, Methyl Sulphonyl Methane, Silica, Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone, White Coating (Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Glycerine, Olive Oil), Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Stearate.


Directions for Use:
Take three tablets per day with water.
Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
