What is Flaxseed Oil?

Flaxseed Oil is a naturally rich source of the Omega 3 fatty acid Alpha-Linolenic acid, the Omega 6 fatty acid Linoleic Acid and the Omega 9 fatty acid Oleic acid.
Omega 3, 6 & 9 are the "good" fats needed for different functions within the body. These fatty acids are essential as the body does not make them itself so they have to be obtained from the diet or supplements.
Like olive, canola, and most other plant oils, flax seed oil is highly unsaturated. Lignans and other flax seed components have antioxidant properties, which means they may reduce the activity of cell-damaging free radicals.

Providing:

Omega 3: Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) 500mg
Omega 6: Linoleic (Omega-6) 143mg
Oleic (Omega-9) 193mg

Ingredients:
Flaxseed Oil, Softgel (Gelatin, Glycerol, Colour: Caramel)

Take 1 - 3 soft gel's per day with food. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.

Ordered products in the afternoon, went back on website and discovered I could get my products at a package price rather than individual prices, so I e-mailed. Got a phone call to confirm that they would supply as per the package price and have had credit back onto my card. Excellent customer service. And to top it all, I received my goods the next day on standard delivery (Posted on 16/08/2011)
