Brush your teeth as normal and rinse the mouth thoroughly. Open lips wide and dry the front surface of your teeth with a tissue or cotton pad. Use the wand to apply the fast acting whitener onto the front of all upper and lower teeth individually. Refill the wand and keep re-applying until finished. Then keep your mouth open for 30 seconds while the mint gel dries. It will then dissolve naturally, leaving your breath fresher and your smile brighter. For best results, do not eat, drink or smoke for 30 minutes after application.

Apply twice a day, at anytime. This takes about 40 seconds. Use for 14 consecutive days then review. If there is no tooth sensitivity, or other adverse reaction, continue treatment for another 14 days.
