Description

What is Serrapeptase?

A gift from the silk worm; it is a proteolytic enzyme (protease) produced by enterobacterium Serratia sp. E-15.
Serratiopeptidase is present in the silkworm intestine and allows the emerging moth to dissolve its cocoon.
Serrapeptase needs to be enteric coated to prevent the enzyme digesting itself in the stomach before it is absorbed.

What Does Serrapeptase Do?Helps combat joint inflammations. Helps to maintain a healthy immune system, bones and joints.

Serrapeptase (Serrapeptidase) 400mg provides 80,000iu of activity.

Capsule Shell: Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose

Take 1-2 capsules daily on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.

I've been suffering from headaches on and off for years. I'd read that Serrapeptese may help relieve arthritis pain and headaches. After three weeks of regular use I've found my headaches have almost completely gone. It's great not to be depending on paracetamol! (Posted on 01/11/2011)
