What are Glucosamine and Collagen?

Glucosamine is a naturally occurring sugar-related nutrient, which is important in normal joint function. Glucosamine is produced within the body; however as people age the capacity to manufacture sufficient levels of glucosamine is reduced.
Glucosamine is not present in significant amounts in most diets. Supplemental sources are derived from the shells of shrimp, lobster, and crab.
Collagen is a natural skeletal protein accounting for nearly 80% of the body's skin, muscles and connective tissue.

What Does Glucosamine and Collagen Do?

Glucosamine sulphate may help to support healthy joints. In addition collagen naturally contains glucosamine and chondroitin which may also help to support healthy joints.

Collagen may help to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.

Nutritional Information per 3 tablets:

Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCL 1500mg providing:
1131mg glucosamine sulphate
888mg glucosamine base

Hydrolysed Marine Collagen 1200mg


Take 3 tablets per day with water, ideally one with each main meal.

Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
