What are Magnesium Bath Flakes?

During the Zechstein era, 250 million years ago, the oceans were subject to considerable evaporation. The remains of this crystallised 'Zechstein Sea', containing many types of mineral salts, is situated under large parts of northern Europe and Russia. The world's purest natural deposits of magnesium chloride can be mined one mile beneath Veendam in the Netherlands.

BetterYouTM Magnesium Flakes are simply the crystal form of the super saturated magnesium chloride, solution-mined in Northern Europe from the ancient Zechstein sea mineral deposits, one mile below the surface of the earth.

Magnesium Chloride, Each 1kg bag contains over 60 grams of the purest elemental magnesium. Magnesium Flakes deliver this essential mineral in its most absorbable form.

Foot soak - Add 250-500g into a warm foot bath (quarter to half bag). Relax feet in bath for 20 minutes.

Body bath soak - Add 500-1kg to a warm bath (half to full bag). Allow the water to cover your body and relax for 20 minutes. Repeat twice a week.
Contains enough for 1-2 body soaks or 2-4 foot soaks.
