Cleanse the treatment area and massage it with your fingertips to stimulate blood circulation.

Take one plastic sheet from the kit and apply the exposed side to the area - making sure it sticks to the skin. The other plastic sheet remains in place to cover the mask/patch and allow the botanical ingredients to penetrate deeply.

Avoid movement that may disturb the pad and leave in place for 30 to 40 minutes. Massage the excess product into the skin.
