What is Apple Cider Vinegar?
Cider vinegar comes from the fermented juices of crushed apples.
It contains large quantities of acetic acid and citric acid. It also contains vitamins B1, B2 and B6, biotin, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamin C.
It is also high in pectin, a form of dietary fiber.
What Does Apple Cider Vinegar Do?
The pectin in Apple cider vinegar may help to maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
Studies suggest apple cider vinegar may also help to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.

Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions for Use
Take one tablet per day with food. This can be increased to one tablet three times a day if necessary.
Caution
- Do NOT exceed the Stated Dose.
- Store in a cool dry place.
- NOT intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

- Consult you GP if pregnant or lactating
- Keep out of reach of children.
- You should not take supplements as a substitute for a varied balanced diet.
- Do not take if you have a previous history of heartburn problems, acid reflux, other reflux disorders, esophagus disorder or GERD.
- Using large amounts of cider vinegar can cause excess potassium loss and decrease blood potassium levels if used for a prolonged period of time. This could worsen when combined with diuretics (HydroDIURIL (hydrochlorothiazide), Lasix (furosemide), Hygroton (chlorthalidone), Lanoxin (digoxin) or insulin. People on these medications are advised to avoid taking apple cider vinegar.
- Do not take if you have low blood potassium levels or low bone mass density (oesteoporosis).
- Do not take if you have an allergy to apples.
