What is Bashkir Bee Honey?

Honey is a sweet substance made from
plant nectar (sucrose) by the honeybee. The source of the nectar
determines the colour, flavour, and texture of honey.
Bashkir Bee Honey is a
100% pure honey containing the pollen of 13 medicinal herbs. It has a
greater UMF+10 than the famous Manuka Honey.
At the preliminary collection stage,
we only select honey collected from medicinal herbs, with high chemical
and physical attributes which are several times higher than the EC and
D.I.B Pure standards. This guarantees high laboratory test results.
What Does Bashkir Bee Honey Do?
Bashkir Bee Honey has both
antioxidant and antibacterial properties that may help to maintain a
healthy immune system.
It contains vitamin C, catalase
enzymes, peroxides, glucose oxydase and phenol compounds, flavonoids and
carotinoidsthat have antioxidant properties.
It contains phytoncides(essential
oils) and ferments present in the nectar and pollen of flowering plants
which have anti-bacterial properties.
Bashkir honey also has a low acidity
and water content, coupled with a high sugar content (microorganisms
cannot survive in high concentrations of sugars) again indicating
antibacterial properties.
Bashkir honey is supplied to the
international space station and is part of the daily meals of
astronauts, and it is also used by deep sea divers.
