What is CLA?
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a
slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid.
CLAoccurs
naturally in foods such as cheese, milk, lamb and beef as well as many
processed foods - but only in small amounts. To obtain therapeutic
effects it is therefore best taken as supplement to minimise calorie and
saturated fat intake.
What Does CLA Do?
CLA may help to maintain
healthy body fat/lean muscle ratios.
CLA may help to maintain healthy immune
function, being a precursor of the hormone-like prostanoids, which have
an important role in the immune/inflammatory response.
It is converted within the body into
eicosanoids (prostanoids and leukotrienes), hormone-like substances that
help maintain healthy cardiovascular and immune function.
The action of CLA is reliant on zinc, and
supplementation with CLA is of no benefit if zinc levels are deficient.

Other Ingredients:Gelatin
(Vegetable Sourced), Glycerol, Purified Water, Natural Caramel.
Directions for Use
1-3 capsules per day with water.
