What is CLA?
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid.
CLA occurs naturally in foods such as cheese, milk, lamb and beef as well as many processed foods - but only in small amounts. To obtain therapeutic effects it is therefore best taken as supplement to minimise calorie and saturated fat intake.

Ingredients
Each liquid capsule contains: CLA (80%) 1000mg
Other Ingredients: Gelatin (Vegetable Sourced), Glycerol, Purified Water, Natural Caramel.
Directions for Use
Recommended 1 capsule per day with water (maximum dosage per day 3 capsules).
