 What is Cod Liver Oil?

Cod liver oil is oil obtained from fish liver. It is a natural source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA) and Vitamins A and D.

What Does Cod Liver Oil Do?

• May help to support a healthy immune system

Ingredients

Cod Liver Oil 550mg providing a total of 87mg of Omega 3 of which:
-EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 46mg.
-DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 41mg

Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate), 800mcg (2664iu) 100% EC RDA
Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol).5mcg (200iu) 100% EC RDA
Vitamin E (D Alpha Tocopherol)

Other:

Gelatine, Glycerine,

Directions for Use:

Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

Caution

• Do NOT exceed the Stated Dose.
• Store in a cool dry place.
• NOT intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

• Large amounts (over 1000mg) of Cod Liver Oil should not be taken by people on blood thinning medication, such as aspirin, heparin or warfarin or before surgery as high doses may ‘thin’ the blood.
