What is Collagen?

What Does Collagen Do?

Reports suggest that consuming gelatine in the form of collagen can improve the structure and health of the hair and nails.

This is when you really start to notice a change in your skin's elasticity and texture. Directions for Use

The suggested minimum dosage is 2 capsules per night. Capsules should be taken one hour after eating, before bedtime. Your skin will also greatly benefit from drinking 1.5 litres of water daily.
