What is Collagen?
Collagen is a natural skeletal protein accounting for nearly 80% of the body's skin, muscles and connective tissue. Depletion of collagen in the skin is thought to be the main reason for the formation of lines, wrinkles.

What Does Collagen Do?
Reports suggest that consuming gelatine in the form of collagen can improve the structure and health of the hair and nails.

Each capsule contains: Hydrolysed Pure Collagen Type 1 and 2 - 600mg
Directions for Use
The suggested minimum dosage is 2 capsules per night. Capsules should be taken one hour after eating, before bedtime. Your skin will also greatly benefit from drinking 1.5 litres of water daily.
