Just when I thought no one 'did' Customer Service any more.

At last a company that actually do treat you like a valued customer.

I received an e-mail to tell me the goods I had ordered were going to be a couple of days late and without any prompting on my part, I got a 3rd item free. I was totally blown away, that is old fashioned great service.

Old fashioned customer service!

I made a mistake on my order, and sent my stuff to the wrong address. I rang up, got through straight away to a real person (nice young man called Will), and they sorted it out for me. The item arrived next day. Will definitely use them again.
