What is Blueberry?

A commonly eaten fruit, the berries were a prized commodity among the indigenous peoples of North America.
Blueberries are flowering plants of the species Vaccinium with dark-blue berries.
This food supplement contains blueberry extract 500mg equivalent to 5000mg whole berry.

What does Blueberry Do?

Blueberry is rich in antioxidants and may help to maintain healthy immune and nervous systems and support normal blood pressure.
Its anthocyanosides, the bioflavonoid complex common to bilberrry and blueberry, may help to maintain healthy eyes.
Blueberries have a diverse range of micronutrients, with high levels of manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin K and fiber.

Vaccinium Corymbosum Var Pallidur (Blueberry) Extract, Capsule Shell: Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide.


Take 1-2 capsules daily with food.
Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
