If you're drinking more than 40 units per week I'd suggest you pack it in for 6 months and take milk thistle to help your liver recover. That's what I did and I feel fantastic! (Posted on 21/11/2011)

Milk thistle contains an active ingredient called Silymarin. Silymarin is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory which turns out to be a very effective way of improving liver function. If you feel like you've been over-doing it (I have!) then try this product - I felt much better after 2 weeks. (Posted on 07/11/2011)
