- What is Konjac?
  Konjac is a plant of the genus Amorphophallus. It is native to warm subtropical to tropical eastern Asia, from Japan and China south to Indonesia.
  
  The fibre is used to produce Glucommanan.
  
  What Does Konjac Do?
  May help to support a reduction in body weight when taken as part of a calorie controlled diet.
  May help to support normal blood cholesterol levels.

  Konjac Fibre (Glucomannan) 3000mg
  
  Ingredients:
  Konjac Glucommanan Fibre may help to support a reduction in body weight when taken as part of a calorie controlled diet. Powder, Capsule Shell: Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose.
  
  Take 2 capsules three times a day, one hour before meals, with 1-2 full glasses of water.
  Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
