What is Capsi Extreme?

Capsi Extreme is a combination of Capsallyl Max Plus Blend, Green Tea Extract, Carnitine and Chromium.
Capsallyl Max™ Plus Blend is a patented combination of ingredients which includes capsicum extract, black pepper extract, niacin (vitamin B-3) and Caffeine.
Capsicum species, or hot peppers, are used worldwide as food and spices. Capsaicinoids (in the naturally occurring forms of capsaicin, dihydro-capsaicin and nor-dihydro-capsaicin) are the major pungent principle in red hot peppers.

What Does Capsi Extreme Do?

• Capsican may help normal metabolism and a healthy weight.
• Capsican may help to maintain normal appetite
• Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism.
• The body uses niacin (vitamin B3) in the process of releasing energy from carbohydrates. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
• Green tea may help to maintain normal appetite control, fat digestion, metabolism and cholesterol levels.

bought the capsi extreme needed to loose some pounds,heard that these were a good price and that they worked.well i got them and yes they do work.i got a months worth at first and lost 3 pounds does not sound alot but when i am not doing excersise and just watching what i eat,then to me that is great.i am now starting with a 5 month course(the more you buy the less you pay with free delivery)anyway if anyone is thinking of giving it a go then go for it .there are no side effects what so ever they in my opinion are great. Gave me a great energy boost and has quickened up my metabolism, iv been training as usual at the gym and eating the same stuff as usual. I feel great and I believe the Capsi has helped me lose some extra weight. Not sure if its the energy boost that has helped me lose extra weight by motivating me more at the gym or the actual other benefits of the supplement. Apparently it helps burn calories twice as fast and i have lost nearly double the weight recently than usual. If you go to the gym id say try this product out! (Posted on 12/01/2010)
