    • What is Inner Cleanse Colon & Detox Support?

      Inner cleanse is a formula containing fiber and a powerful combination of herbs together with activated charcoal. Inner Cleanse may support the body's natural detoxification processes and help to maintain a healthy digestive system.
      The average person on a typical Western Diet holds 8 meals of undigested food and waste material in the colon.

      What does Inner Cleanse Colon & Detox Support Do?

      May help to support the body's natural detoxification and elimination processes.
      Can be taken to support a colon cleanse program.

      Healthspark’s Colon Cleanse Programme:
      • Drink at least 2 litres of water a day – water, fruit or herb teas
      • Avoid caffeine (tea, coffee, cola, chocolate), fizzy and sugary drinks
      • Include lots of fruits and vegetables high in fibre
      • Avoid red meat and other saturated fats such as cheese and butter
      • Include foods rich in omega oils – oily fish, nuts, seeds and their oils
      • Avoid processed foods and cook from scratch
      • Avoid refined products such as white bread and pasta and replace with brown rice and buckwheat.
      • Include vegetarian sources of protein such as beans and lentils which are high in fibre and bulk as well as protein and nutrients.
      Please do not embark on any dietary changes without first seeking the advice of your GP. This advice is not intended to be carried out long term.

      Bentonite Clay 192mg
      Activated Charcoal 120mg

      Nettle Leaf 4:1 Extract 40mg
      Liquorice 4:1 Extract 40mg
      Aloe Vera 200:1 Extract 40mg
      Chlorella 40mg
      Cayenne 20mg
      Ginger 20mg

      Ingredients List:

      Plantago Ovate (Psyllium Husk), Capsule Shell: Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, Bentonite Clay, Activated Charcoal, Alium Sativum Bulb (Garlic), Citrus Pectin (E440i), Urtica Diocia (Nettle Leaf Extract), Liquorice Root Extract, Aloe Vera Leaf Extract, Chlorophyta Chlorella, Capsicum Frutescens, Zingiber Officinale Root.


      Take 2 Capsules before bed with a full glass of water. We suggest you drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.

      I must admit I was very sceptical about using this product only wondering if it would do as it claimed, BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY YES THIS DOES GIVE YOU A GOOD CLEAN OUT so your body can restart.       Second year I've used Inner cleanse as part of my January detox. This product works a treat - cleans everything out. Don't want to be too graphic but you will be lighter after using this product! After a couple of days things settle down. One month course and you'll feel like new.       IF like me you keep overdoing it, this is a great way to restart everything. Inner cleanse literally purges you out (losing a bit of weight immediately!) and let's you start again. Definitely drink loads of water. (Posted on 21/11/2011)

      I've used Inner Cleanse Detox regularly (pardon the pun!) for over 6 months. I tend to use it for 2-3 weeks when things have got out of hand. Drink plenty of water and it does what it says on the tin.

      You definitely feel a lot better on this product and I've had the pleasant side effect of losing all my puppy fat and getting trim very quickly. Definitely recommend it! 5* diet product. (Posted on 30/10/2011)
