I no I only posted a comment yesterday but I said I would update you if I changed my mind and I weighed myself today and ive lost 3lbs this week. And this week I havnt really dieted at all, I thought the tablets wasnt working so I just ate normally and managed to lose that much weight so really there is no need to be on a strict diet with these tablets as it doesnt work as well. Ive been taking the product for 3 weeks and personally i wouldnt say its as good as everyone is making out. You need to make sure your eating a balanced diet to start with. I have tried all diets and im only losing the same amount of weight as i did on the diets and im still eating the same amount of calories as i did when i dieted. If it changes within the next week and i start to lose more weight i'll update my review. (Posted on 08/03/2012)

What an amazing product!

For those of you who are sceptical about weight loss products and fed up of failed diets, before giving up try African Mango (4000 mg).

This product has helped me to lose 7 lbs (half a stone) in the last week. I have Poly cystic Ovary Syndrome and unfortunately one of the symptoms is weight gain so this is a God send! With this product you get enough for a month's supply. I bought this brand because I've used Healthspark before and have always experienced a good service. Also, I read the other reviews about this product and they seemed to be positive.

I cannot exercise because of an injury but I just try to not over eat and take 2 of the capsules a day. This has definately helped to boost my weight loss. I haven't experienced any bad side effects but it may clean out your colon so you might feel the need to use the toilet a lot more. It's supposed to be high in fibre so it makes sense. I am happy I decided to try this.

Great product, I tried Acai Berry last year to shift a few pounds for summer. I managed to lose a few but not quick enough. I have been using this Mango product for 3 weeks now and already have lost 6 pounds!
