What is  Fulfill Plus™?

Fulfill Plus is an innovating weight management supplement which has been classified as a proven medical device class 11a for weight management.

The main active ingredient in Fulfill plus is Plantago Ovatae ( Ispaghula husk) with its unique hydrophilic property which allows it to absorb up to 50 times its weight in fluid. This produces a sensation of fullness, thus increasing the feeling of satiety and regulating your appetite.

What Does Fulfill Plus™ Do?

Fulfill plus contains a natural ingredient Plantago Ovatae (Ispaghula husk)  which has a unique hydrophilic  property which allows it to absorb up to 50 times its weight in fluid.

The fluid absorbed is then transferred into a gel like substance which safely passes through the digestive system without adding any significant calories.

A full dosage of Fulfill Plus can take up as much as 50% of your stomach volume so after a few days you will notice that your portion size will naturally reduce which will also help re-educate your eating habits.

Ingredients

One capsule contains:  

400mg Plantago ovatae (Ispaghula husk) 
Sodium bicarbonate,
Magnesium stearate.

Capsules Shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Directions for Use

Swallow whole 3-5 capsules with a glass of water 30 minutes before each of your three main meals. At the beginning of the treatment 3 capsules per main meal should be taken. Dependent on the feeling of fullness, the intake can be increased up to 5 capsules per meal.

Be aware that during the treatment it is important that you consume at least 2 litres of water or low calorie drinks per day.

• In rare cases hypersensitivity reactions can occur. An increase in the volume/or softening of faeces can also occur.

Michelle lives in the seaside town of Shoreham in West Sussex with her husband and two beautiful children. After having my first child 4 years ago I put on about 2 stone during the pregnancy and managed to get back to my pre pregnancy weight in only 3 months with regular exercise and healthy eating, not to mention long walks along the seafront!

3 years later I became pregnant with my daughter and again piled on about 2 1/2 stone during my pregnancy and another 1 ½ after which confused me as my diet and general appetite hadn’t seemed to have increased at all.Despite increasing my exercise and trying various diets my weight barely changed.
