Or, if you know the product you're looking for you can type the product you want into the search box at the top right of the page, or you can visit the search page. Ordering

HealthSpark gives you 3 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following;

1. Order Online
Our site is 100% safe and secure. Your credit card details are encrypted to process your order, and are not retained on our server. Your personal details are used to process your order, and will never be shared with a third party. If you're not comfortable ordering online, you can use any of the other options for ordering.

2. Order by Phone on 0800 112 3614 (international callers dial +44 1534 811028)
8:30am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday Only

3. Order via Post - you may send us a cheque or a postal order via post to place an order. Add the items you want to the basket, and select cheque/postal order as your payment method. Then just mail your cheque to the following address

Please specify which product(s) you are ordering and where you would like your products to be despatched to.

Please be aware that placing your order using a cheque may mean a delay in delivery time as we need to make sure that payment clears to our bank

Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 24 hours except weekends and public holidays. Orders placed up to 3pm on week days will ship on the same day.

Our standard shipping service is FREE Worldwide

Our first class service costs £2.95, and is guaranteed to take 1-2 working days.

Please note that we will not take action until 10 working days have lapsed since despatch of the goods (in the case of non-delivery).

For European Orders we allow 7 - 14 working days for delivery.

Delivery times may vary at or around Christmas time.

We also offer an express delivery service which guarantees next day delivery. This service costs £9.99. You will be provided with a tracking number with this service.

We are based in Jersey, because we're lucky enough to live in this beautiful island., but HealthSpark's products are all manufactured in the UK under GMP license. GMP license means "good manufacturing process" - you should always check your vitamins and supplements carry a GMP license - it's a guarantee of quality.

Technical Support

If you have any problems with your order at all, please don't hesitate to call us on 0800 112 3614, and we'll be happy to assist you in anyway possible. HealthSpark takes great pride in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send to us when you place your order. The information you send is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

We use Verisign to provide certification on our SSL processes. To ensure that your order is being transmitted in a secure environment, there are several visual clues displayed by your browser.

2. You will also see a padlock symbol in the status bar at the bottom of the screen

3. You may also see a green bar, indicating that HealthSpark is using the highest standards of security possible

Netscape browsers, you will see the lock located in the lower left corner will now appear closed with a slight glow.

Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers will also display a closed lock, but in the lower right corner of the browser.

Firefox browsers will also display a closed lock, but in the lower right corner of the browser.

In addition, we will not divulge any information we receive from customers to anyone. We will not rent, sell or give your name or credit card information or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual.

About Cookies
