What is Long Jack?
Also known as: Ali's Walking Stick, Eurycoma Longifolia, Malaysian Ginseng, Tongkat Al and Pasak Bumi.
A small evergreen treelet growing to 15 m (49 ft) tall, with spirally arranged leaves. It belongs to the Simaroubaceae family, native to Indonesia and Malaysia.
Ingredients
Long Jack (Eurycoma Longifolia) 1000mg
(Contains 50mg of a Standardized 20:1 extract of Eurycoma Longifolia equivalent to 1000mg of herb).
Other Ingredients: Capsule Shell (Gelatin).
N.B. Long Jack is sold in various extract ratios, with 50:1, 100:1, and 200:1 being most common. It should be noted that a higher extract ratio does not necessarily mean that an extract is more potent. At a higher extraction ratio, some of the active ingredients may even be lost.
Directions for Use
Take one or two capsules twice daily. This dose can be increased if desired to one or two capsules 3 times daily
