What is Omega 3, 6 & 9?

Omega 3, 6 & 9 are the "good" fats needed for different functions within the body. These fatty acids are essential as the body does not make them itself so they have to be obtained from the diet or supplements.

This supplement combines fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage oil to provide the body with ALA, EPA, DHA, Linoleic, Oleic Acid, & GLA.

It is just as important to have the correct ratio’s of Omega 3, 6 & 9 in the diet as it is to include them.
