What is Omega 3, 6 & 9?

Omega 3, 6 & 9 are the "good" fats needed for different functions within the body. These fatty acids are essential as the body does not make them itself so they have to be obtained from the diet or supplements. This supplement combines fish oil, flaxseed oil and sunflower oil to provide the body with ALA, EPA, DHA, Linoleic, Oleic Acid (Omega 3,6,9).
It is just as important to have the correct ratio?s of Omega 3, 6 & 9 in the diet as it is to include them.

Ingredients:
Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Sunflower Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelling Agent: Gelatine, Humectant: Glycerine), Antioxidant: dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.


Take 1-3 softgels per day with food.
Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
