    • What is Omega IQ?

      Omega IQ contains essential PUFAs EPA and DHA as well as Omega 6 fatty acids, which are required for cell membranes as well as the normal development and function of the brain.

      What Does Omega IQ Do?

      Natures Aid Omega IQ softgels have been specially formulated to provide an ideal balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids which may help maintain eye and brain function.
      Pure fish oil* providing;
      Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) Omega-3 18%
      Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) Omega-3 12%
      Borage Oil (Starflower Oil) providing;
      Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) Omega-6 11mg
      Other Ingredients

      Gelatine and Glycerine.

      Adults and children over 5 years take 4 softgel capsules per day with food initially, reducing to 2 softgel capsules per day after 12 weeks.
      Omega IQ with Fish and Starflower Oil is available for purchase in increments of 1
      Do NOT exceed the Stated Intake.
      Store in a cool dry place.
      Always consult your GP before taking Nutritional Supplements, especially if you have an existing medical condition or are taking medication.
      Consult you GP if pregnant or lactating.
      Keep out of reach of children.
      You should not take supplements as a substitute for a varied balanced diet.
