Directions for Use

Micro Whey is very easy to use. It mixes instantly and tastes great. You can mix it with water, fruit juice or even add it to your cereal.

Take 3 measures (approx. 30 grams) and mix with 400ml of water, fruit juice or skimmed milk.
Consume 2-3 servings daily
