Returns Policy

If you're unhappy with your product for whatever reason you're entitled to a 100% refund. We try very hard to produce the best products with the best service in the industry, so if we've got it wrong, we'd like to know, so that we can try and put it right. So, here's what you need to do if you've got a problem.

1. Stop using the product immediately.

2. Email info@healthspark.co.uk - include your order number (see the email we sent you when you ordered) - and request a refund.

3. Post the item back to:

4. When we've received the package, you will be refunded immediately.
