Rosehip
What is Rosehip?
The rosehip is the pomaceous fruit of the rose. Healthspark use Rosa Canina (Dog Rose) in this product which is native to Europe, northwest Africa and western Asia.
It has traditionally been grown or encouraged in the wild for the production of vitamin C, from its fruit, especially during conditions of scarcity or during wartime
What Does Rosehip Do?
Rosehips contain vitamins D and E, essential fatty acids and antioxidant flavonoids, together with exceptionally high levels of vitamin C.
Rosehip may help to maintain healthy joints.
Ingredients
Each Capsule Provides: Rosehip (Rosa canina) Extract 20:1100mg (providing 2000mg of whole herb equivalent).
N.B - only the species of Rose Hip called "Rosa canina" have been shown to contain high levels of the important anti-inflammatory galacto lipid though there are other varieties on the market.
Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate.
Directions for Use
Take one to three tablets daily, preferably with meals.
