Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin obtained mainly from plant sources, nut and seeds. Vitamin E is an antioxidant, which may help protect the body against attack from free radicals. Free radicals are toxic chemicals that are un-wanted by products of metabolism but can also be generated by exposure to pollutants, smoking and UV light amongst other things. May help to maintain a healthy immune and cardiovascular system.

Vitamin E (Natural) 268mg (400IU) 3080% EC RDA

Ingredients:

D-Alpha Tocopherol, Soya Bean Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerine).

1-2 capsules daily with food. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
