What is Sea Kelp?
Kelp is a sea vegetable that is a concentrated source of minerals, including iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron.
Kelp can be one of several brown-coloured seaweed species called Laminaria.
What Does Sea Kelp Do?
Provides a source of iodine which may help to maintain healthy levels of thyroid hormone.
Thyroid hormones are necessary for maintaining normal metabolism in all cells of the body.

Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions for Use
Take one tablet daily with food.
