What is Vitamin B50 Complex?
A vitamin B complex providing at least 50mg of the main B vitamins. The B vitamins work closely together in the body and it is recommended that they are supplemented in combination. "Vitamin B" was once thought to be a single nutrient that existed in extracts of rice, liver, or yeast. Researchers later discovered these extracts contained several vitamins, which were given distinguishing numbers.
B vitamins are essential for our body and must be obtained from food or supplements. They are water soluble which means the body cannot store them and requires a constant supply.

50mg Thiamin (Vitamin B1)
50mg Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
50mg Niacin (as Nicotinamide, B3)

50mg Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6)
60mg Cobalamin (Vitamin B12)
400mg Folic Acid
0.05mg Biotin
25mg Choline Bitartrate
50mg Inositol
15mg PABA
Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide and carnauba wax.
Hypoallergenic formulation. Disintegration time is less than one hour.

One tablet daily with food
