Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) is a water soluble vitamin and essential nutrient. Vitamin B12 is found in foods of animal origin, including dairy, eggs, meat, poultry, and fish. It is often lacking in a vegetarian diet.

Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Cyanocobalamin (B12).

1 capsule daily with food.
Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
