I first started using HealthSpark's Rosehip two years ago after reading about it in the Daily Telegraph. I am a 60 year old woman and my arthritis in my hands has been diagnosed as chronic.

HealthSpark's rosehip reduces the pain and gives me mobility. I've tried stopping it to test it, but the pain comes back as soon as I stop. 5* product - thank you. (Posted on 30/10/2011)

"I have been taking Healthspark's Rosehip for several years now and it truly has made a huge difference to my arthritis. Before taking it, I had reached the stage of being unable to do simple culinary tasks, such as making pastry, without acute pain in my thumbs (-and this, in spite of taking the maximum allowable daily dose of anti- inflammatories). The osteo-arthritis in my hands had improved to a stage where, in addition to the rosehip, I was managing comfortably with only one anti-inflammatory in 24 hours.

Three weeks ago, my supply of rosehip ran out, and I decided to see how I fared without it. To begin with, all was well, but then I found that I was needing to increase the dose of anti-inflammatories and was constantly conscious of pain in my hands: It was obvious that I needed to return to my daily rosehip.

Thankfully, my new order arrived today and I have already taken my first dose. Thank you Healthspark." (Posted on 01/08/2011)
