The lactose content of the whey Protein has been reduced to a very low level by the enzymatic hydrolysis of the Disaccharides into its constituent Monosaccharide components glucose and the enzyme galactose.
Directions for Use
Serving: One measure 80g. Mix with 300ml of water or milk.
